Merchandise may be returned ONLY if it is in its’ original packaging and condition within 60 days of receiving the merchandise. Before you can return the items to us, you must send written notification to us and obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization number. The written notice must be received by within 20 days of receiving the products. The written notification must include a list of all the items being returned and the reason for return. All shipping and handling costs are NOT refundable or returnable. You will be responsible for all shipping costs associated with shipping the returned merchandise back to us. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Once we receive the returned items, we will issue you a refund within 30 days.

*Please note: All pre-assembled cabinets, sample doors, special order items, clearance items, items not in its’ original packaging and condition CANNOT be returned. All doors or parts that require opening boxes are consider special order items.

Order Cancellation Policy
An order may be cancelled by written notice within 48 hours of the order being placed without any penalty or cost to you. Once you submit your written notification, if you do not receive a confirmation from within 24 hours, you must contact us again to get a confirmation. Any delays can be costly because we strive to ship out orders within 2-3 days of the order being placed. Any cancellations beyond 48 hours are treated as normal returns, see return policy.
